12. The above particulars are a transcription

of what is most important. Details of the rest of

the procedure are contained in the Regulations as ap-

proved on Memorial, and the Supplementary Regulations.

Of these several printed copies will be kept at each

Agency, where any shareholder can peruse them. It

would be superfluous to repeat them here.
